I use Activity monitor a lot to do, well, exactly what it's named for, monitoring. I mostly monitor my internet speed. Every once in a while it will go really slow, or jump up to higher than the max. I have an idea of what my average speed is and therefore I can compare that to what it currently is at. But the thing is, I can't compare this internet speed to a common unit everybody else uses. I'm talking about bytes and bits. Activity Monitor measures in bytes, KBs, and MBs, but what if I want to easily see the speed in bits, Kbs, or Mbs? Sure, I can multiply by 8, but that becomes a nuisance. I've looked through Activity Monitor's menus but I find nothing on the subject. Am I blind? Can I have it update in bits rather than bytes? If not, should this be added in the next version of activity monitor?

Thanks!
