macOS Activity monitor for graphics cards

We want to measure how much our application is hitting the graphics cards of mac pros. Are there any equivalents of the activity monitor for graphics cards? Mostly we are interested on how much memory is being used and how often the card has to stream from memory/disk

Does apple provide any tools like this?

There's an OpenGL Driver instrument in the Instruments app that you could try. I'm not sure how sophisticated it is though.
