Hi!
I have upgraded my Mac Pro (4,1 flashed to 5,1) from 2x4 to 2x6 cores. Previously activity monitor showed all 16 cores (including hyperthreading) in the diagram for current CPU usage, but now it only shows 8. That's a strange number for two 6-core CPUs. The window that holds the graphs is large enough to hold the expected 24 graphs, but 2/3 are empty.
Is that a compatibility issue with the 4,1?
Edit: Nevermind, after restarting Activity Monitor twice (!), it worked.
