Activity monitor on top menu

How can i place stats on my mac on the top menu? i know there was one for the network and could someone linke to that aswell?

Don't think you can do, however there are many freeware apps that will do this for you. Look on macupdate, which is in my opinion the most frequently update source. (www.macupdate.com)
