I noticed that something was running in the background when I woke my iMac from sleep. I checked activity monitor to see what was running and saw that a process named "Find" user name "Nobody" was running. It disappeared before I could inspect it. Does anybody know what process this is and what application may be running it? I'm now paranoid!

"Nobody" is just one of several "users" used by the system. I believe that "Find" has to do with Spotlight re-indexing.

Thanks Cowboy, I feel a bit better lol, I just thought that the system would identify itself rather than run undercover.
