Activity Monitor shows different info as top-bar

Its only a small difference, but the Activity Monitor continuously gives me different information than the top-bar. I found this weird because I thought they would get the data from the same sensor? See picture

Weird but it could be a rounding issue. I.e. same sensor but the calculation from binary value into a percentage could be very slightly different.
