Activity Ring Notication not showing up.

I have been using my new Series 6 Apple Watch and I have that the Activity ring notication that usually pops up once you crossed one of the move goals an animation of a sparkly colored ring will show up saying you achieved your move goal. I have not had one pop up on this watch. Has anyone else had this issue. Thanks.
