As her illness progressed so her demands increased until the last few weeks of her life I was up 22 to 24 hours most days. I was napping for twenty minutes or so when I could. When she died, I went back to my eight hour sleeping pattern.
So, my watch tells me my stand trend is down and I should move about more! Should it not have been telling me that being active every hour over a twenty four hour period is unhealthy?
