Activity Tracking

All of a sudden, activity tracking on my watch series 4 is doing something strange. Specifically, when on an elyptical, every 3 or 4 minutes it asks me if I want to continue or stop. To keep the time going, I have to hit dismiss. Anyone else experiencing this.

I’d your arm/hand resting on anything. You can not be holding on to the safety bars.

They need to be swinging beside you. Activity will not count 7ntil you get your heart rate up a bit.

I’m using the elyptical like I have for the past several years. No problems until the last two days.
