The lean on my iMac has gotten worse since I shifted the monitor for a second, and the clicking is happening more often. I used applecare's online chat, and a specialist was concerned about possible hard drive failure, but after I had made it clear it was a plastic sound when the computer really gets going, he was concerned about a fan being loose. I dont know what it is, but I figure if I have the applecare and theres concern, why not use it. My question is this... has anyone ever used Cybergear Inc. to get repairs done? I dont know if they are a national chain (probably not, no website), but they are the closest to me. They are at 16302 E Page Avenue, Gilbert, AZ 85234. I've never heard of them, but like I said, they are the closest, so if anyone has some experiences, I would appreciate it. If not, the second closest is Compusa, so if anyone has any experiences, I would appreciate some stories as well. Thanks in advance.
