Hi, does anyone know a good pop-up blocker for Firefox?

I've tried ad-blocker, but it still lets TONS of ad's and pop-ups through... maybe i'm not using it properly?

PithHelmet is brilliant for Safari, i get no pop-ups whatsoever, but Firefox is a different story...

can anyone help me out? Thanks...

Is Adblock Plus the one you've tried? And do you have Firefox set up to block pop ups in the preference panel? With this combination, I haven't see a pop up, or a pop under in years.

Remember a lot of ads popping up now are due to flash player.

Get these from the firefox add-ons page.

I think he's talking about the widgets. Firefox 3 will have native Mac widgets for things like forms and buttons. In the meantime, if you really hate the defaults in Firefox 2, you can use Firefoxy, but it may make some pages look funny.
