I was looking at my extensions in Safari and Adguard I have not ticked the box but when I put my cursor on adguard it says it can read sensitive information from web page is visit should I uninstall this ?

If you are not using the extension, I would uninstall it. But many adblocker apps have that same warning since the app needs to be able to see what is on the web page to be able to interact with it.
