Adapter to run 2 HDMI monitors from one TB port?

Can someone suggest a simple cable adaptor (known to work with M1 Max MacBook Pro) to run 2 HDMI monitors from a single TB port? Or does it require a TB hub with dual HDMI outputs?
 
I dont think "simple cable adapter" like this exists, you need either dock or 2 HDMI to TB/USBc cables

EDIT: ok it exists, but pricey
