Adapter with both USB and HDMI good solution?

I want both the USB adapter and the HDMI adapter for my phone. But instead of paying way too much for the official stuff, and instead of buying multiple units, would it be smart to buy one unofficial adapter adapter that supports both usb and hdmi? Or will they be trash that breaks and gives bad transmission/picture quality?

Haha damn. Anyway does anyone here know of these adapters? Any reason they would be a bad choice compared to buying the standard USB adapter and the standard hdmi adapter separately?

Not exactly what you're looking for however I stumbled upon this thingy from buy.com. It's a 5 in1 adapter for your iPhone/iPad but it doesn't have an HDMI plug. Was thinking about getting this and then just find a cheap HDMI connector later on.

Also if I buy this, do you think I could you a regular USB-USB cable to charge the iPad while it's connected with hdmi?
