Glad that I received my new MB Air 2020 just a week back. Interested in getting a suitable adapter for the USB-C port for connecting my old Ext Hard Drive etc. Found a wide range available online. Any suggestion as to which would be the best suitable? Thanks!

My attitude towards adapters is that if it fits in both ends and isn't full of reviews saying it breaks in a day, you don't need to think more about it than that. - This holds for all passive single-purpose adapters at least. If there are ports where different adapters may support different feature sets you need to look into that too; But if you're looking for USB-C to USB-A just get anything that fits if you're just bridging a connection.

Thanks for your wise suggestion. Initially I was looking for USB-C to USB-A. Later, I found that I need other types of ports too. Hence, I went for a USB-C Hub that could accommodate my different needs.
