I don't think they are available anywhere, I think some apple stores in the uk have the Lightning to Micro-USB adapters.

I called an apple store yesterday and they told me that they don't know any more than the adapters are being released in October. No idea whether first part or second part of month. Sucks b/c I will not be able to use my phone in my car until then without the adapter.
