Adaptors to play video into DVI or VGA???

Hey- I have a old Sony LCD monitor that has DVI and VGA inputs. I would like to take the stand off and mount it on the wall. Is there anyway I could get video in in the form of a RCA connection to the DVI or VGA??? I want it to play live TV through a TV converter (thus no coaxial). I see COMPONENT RCA to DVI but nothing else.

Any suggestions or solutions? Thanks
