AdBlock app now stopped working sense iOS 9.3 any alternatives

I used AdBlock https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adblock/id691121579?mt=8 but now pages stall and sometimes only load a little when it is enabled sense iOS 9.3 Is there any good alternatives?

I know about content blockers AdGuard, etc for Safari but I want a Ad Blocker that will block system wide like AdBlock would.
