To put it simply: I have ordered my MacBook Pro from the ADC store and the computer has what I believe is light bleeding on the screen. That's unfortunate because everything else (touch wood) is nearly perfect on the computer. What are the procedures for asking an replacement (I'm still under the 15 days)? What I understand is that ADC ordered Macs can't be repaired or be exchanged from the Apple Store, it need to be done from mail with the ADC phone line. Is that how it's done? That would suck, really, since I have lots of difficulties to speak in English (accents and pronunciation...)
