If i were to buy a mac now, would the ADC send me a copy of leopard? Then sent tiger with my membership.

And... If i installed the new OS, would all the old data on my computer be gone? (TY, I KNOW IM STUPID)

I don't know if they'll send it to you. If you do install it, your data will be fine...

and... if i had to buy leopard, would it be the same price as xp when it came out? 200-300 bucks?

Mac OS X has always retailed for $129 (same price for upgrade as for the entire product). Mac OS X education is $69 right now but I can't remember if that's always been the price or not. In any case, these might not neccessarily be the price points of Leopard, but it's a good bet Apple won't charge Microsoft-esque prices.
