Hey everyone,

So I'm browsing through the Apple Developers Connection discount store, which (I thought) was supposed to be a solid 20% off the product.

But when I compare it so the education discount available for students, the student discount is actually cheaper than the ADC for the 17" Macbook Pro with my customized options.

+2.93 ghz
+7200rpm
+Applecare

Am I missing something, or has the ADC discount gone down? Along with the MBP prices skyrocketing compared to the 17" last revision.

Hopefully I'm just not understanding this correctly but like I said I remember the discount was huge with the older MBP's than the new ones.

Thanks

It's better, but the 17" section of the ADC store is buggy right now. Adding the anti-glare option is supposed to make it $45 more expensive but adds $345 to the price. Check it again tomorrow, Steve will probably have fired whoever is responsible for that part of the site by then.

Thats probably where all those costs are coming from haha. thanks.
