Can I buy the student developer on line and buy a computer at the same time? Are there any delays with this? Any calls to make?

They wont approve your status until you send them your documentation for proof
They usually email you in a day or so to request you do this by fax or email

The whole process for ADC takes about 2 weeks to become approved.
