Add additional Hard Drive to RAID 0??

I have two RAID 0 setup. Currently there are (2) 1.5TB Seagates in a RAID 0. I wanted to add one or two 1.5TB Seagates to the RAID. Can I do this without reformatting the drives?

Can a RAID 6 be configured in Mac OSX without buying a specific RAID Card? I have a couple of SATA PCI Cards in my G4 right now.
