iPhone 7/Plus Add contact into Exchange

not sure if anybody will have the answer to this but when I add a contact on the iphone, it automatically appears in my corporate outlook but the Display as field shows it as last name, first name. I checked my outlook settings and they look correct

Anyway to change this behavior
