The recent app named "Singer Song Reader" allows you to search 13 lyrics sites at once
and save the found lyrics into iTunes songs automatically. It works seamlessly:)

I have tried many lyrics utilities over the years and Singer Song Reader is the current one to beat (and it's free). Doesn't crash and works with the latest iTunes (11.3.1) as of today.
