I filmed a hand drum instructor at 24p @ 1/50th and his hands are blurry during play.

Any ideas how I can clean up the image?

i am using premiere pro 6

Not really.

What you'll want to do for future recording is shoot at a higher shutter speed. The current setup you have is ideal for cinematic style shooting and will have burring on high movement.

Ideally you'll want to up the framerate to 30p or 60p if your camera supports it and adjust the shutter to something high enough to properly expose whatever you're filming.

I was stretching.... I know. I was just hopeful.

The first few instructional videos had slow hand movements so we never noticed it.

Now that it's the advanced stuff, we are moving faster.

I'll probably do 1/100 or 1/200 next time.
