Hello,

I am removing the original 128gb internal SSD from my Macbook Air 2017, I am replacing it with a larger drive (I understand I need to use an adaptor to make a standard NVMe drive fit in the MacBook Air, because the form factor of the OEM Apple SSD is different, I think I have this covered).

So, I want to reuse the OEM Apple SSD and I've decided like to install it into a 2014 MacMini as the boot drive, the MM currently only has a 1TB spinning drive. I know I need to get a PCIe adaptor to add the SSD blade as a second drive, but is there a PCIe adaptor that would fit the OEM Apple SSD as I have only seen PCIe adaptors that fit standard M2 type?

Thanks for any advice.
