Add printer unexpectedly quits when i try to add a new printer

Whenever I try to add a new printer the application suddenly quits. It doesn't happen on all printers, just postscript ones. It does this over ethernet and airport... .This happens consistantly and predictably...

has this happened to anyone else and what did you do to fix it?
