Add producers, studio etc to iTunes information

I wonder if there is any way (a 3th person app or a command in terminal etc) which can make me enter in producers, recordings studioes and more specific information about my songs in iTunes. Or another app similar to iTunes?
And does anyone knows a way to make an iPod classic 160 GB show composers or year?
