This is probably ten times easier than I'm making it.

Goal:
Streamline my workflow using the PDF drop down menu (Print dialogue panel) so one click drops all business travel documents into a folder named "Trip Info." Need the ability to rename documents before they save to the Trip Info folder.

Problem:
I can add the target folder to the drop down PDF menu, but can't find a way to rename them before they save.

Yes......I know......I could simply use "Save as PDF" then navigate my way to the Trip Info folder, but given how many times I do this daily, I'd love to simplify this to a two step process: (1) Name the file, (2) click "Save PDF to Trip Info."

Anyone have a clue how to do this? My guess is that Animator will factor in, but for the life of me, I can't find the necessary commands.

Thanks!
