Does anyone know how to add the Studio Display to the Apple My Devices list? When I go to My Devices, it lists everything with AppleCare warranties and such. I can't find a way to add the Studio Display.

I had a call with Apple yesterday based upon the AppleCare notice saying it would appear there. Apparently the AppleCare notice is incorrect and it will never appear in the My Devices. Apparently you are suppose to use this page to check coverage. Can not even get the basics correct.

I was told the same thing thru Apple Chat.

Rep said "its only a display" ?!? I then pointed out that my HomePod Mini is listed there and 'its only a $99 speaker, shouldn't I also be able to (at a minimum) see it listed with my other devices, or at best.. lock my $2K SD if its stolen? or even locate it thru Find My.app?' She gave no response.

My Sony TV (a non- device) is even listed in the Apple ID Devices List—simply because Im logged into it thru the Home.app How does this make any sense?

The SD should have the same listing classification as a Mac ...or even iPad.
This is a major oversight!

Devices on that list are Wi-Fi, BT connected and therefore show up on My Devices in iCloud. Studio Display doesn't have those capabilities.

Great point about the wireless connections. I would be surprised if there were not a way of having the SD's identifying information in the Device list.

Well, however the Device List gets populated, Apple should include the SD's information there for easy inclusive access of AppleCare status, serial number, etc. They could even include it as a subtext listing within the connected device—Much like the info data listed for ApplePay on devices.

Thank you for the information. Was wondering how to link the AppleCare annual plan to my Apple ID so I can see it... Guess that won't be happening lol.

Doesn't show up in my devices either. All good, not a deal breaker.

Hopefully this helps someone...

I just had to deal with this nightmare again, after an hour on the phone educating another Apple Support &AppleCare rep about this we finally got a bit of a quasi-solution.

To link the AppleCare annual plan to my AppleID they eventually directed me to this secret page to add the serial number and agreement number from the Apple Pro Display to my account.

The display now shows up in my subscriptions much like AppleCare+ for an iPhone or Mac does, see the image below.

Ultimately it still isn't listed under My Devices where it should be, but I can make this compromise work.

You'd think Apple would have a solution for this in 2025 for one of their current products.

I didn't have to do anything special to have my Studio Display AC+ showing up under my Subscriptions.
The display is not listed under My Devices.
