Add To Contacts

I received a text message, not from a Contact. The number was showing. How do I add that number to my Contacts list...from an inbound text message? I have an iPhone 5.

Open the message, at the top on the right next to the number it'll say 'Contact'. Hit that and then the 'i', this will bring up a few options including 'create new contact'
