Add Videos to MxTube Through SSH?

I just wanted to know if it's possible to add videos to MxTube through SSH. I use TubeTV on my Mac to download YouTube videos and I want to keep them all in the same place on my iPod, rather than clutter up my TV Shows or Movies.

I tried adding videos directly to var/mobile/Media/MxTube, but it doesn't show up. Anyone know how to resolve this?

If it's Mp4 it will work on 1.1.4 but not on 2.0 and above. But just put it in Itunes to come up under videos
