Added Apple Gift Message. Will this delay shipping?

Just messing around after I placed my order and added a gift message, just something stupid, for fun. My order says preparing for shipping but I haven't gotten any shipping confirmation email. Do you think this may delay shipping at all? Any one else add gift message? If so, any updates to your order?

It probably will. Gift messages are back ordered 6-8 weeks.

Delivery date is still 10/14, I'm probably just being too paranoid after reading all the different threads on here about delays, cancellations, etc.
