I am addicted to changing things on my computer. Despite having a TON of work to do, i can't stop messing with my computers, first it was just the Desktop background, then it was a screen savers. I've gone so far as to modify my iStat menu icons so they're blended in with my regular tool-bar icons.

Now I'm addicted to GeekTool, I can't stop playing with the color of the text making sure that my desktop clock is perfectly matched with the color of my background pictures.

I might rearrange my Dock icons, later...after ice cream.

I AM AN ADDICT!

I AM AN ADDICT!

As a highly trained psychologist and an addiction specialist I have the following suggestion:

DON'T DO THAT ANY MORE!!

My bill is in the mail.:D:D

Hah, that would have been me in 1998. I used to constantly be changing things. I remember installing (on Windows 95) installing a lavalamp taskbar animation. All my friends used to have floppy disks full of icons, screensavers and maps for Duke Nukem 3D that we'd pass around too.

Now I really don't care! I've got a desktop image on OSX and a colour scheme on Win7. No screensavers - but the display goes off after 5 minutes.

This makes me want to put an Android phone in his hands.

But then his family wouldn't see him for weeks...

Hahah that was me back then too, on my Compaq Presario (Rocket Shaped) getting animated wallpapers to work so it looked like the laptops from the Hackers Movie.... that waqs back when the Internet was actually good!!

First world problems...
If there could be a more annoying addition to buzzspeak than appending every statement with "just sayin", this is it.

OP I suggest cooling down with some cannabis, it should straighten your problem out for a few hours.
