hi guys i had some trouble adding a 2nd harddrive, i was about to ask but then i figured it out. so i thout id add this for any1 that needs it.
step 1:eek:pen up parallels, choose your machine you want to start from
step2: in the configuration window click on "hard disk 1"
step3:a new window should pop up with settings of the vm, hit the button down the bottom of the window that says "add"
step 4: follow the onscreen instructions, saving your harddrive somewhere feasible.
step 5:start your machine. the vm will realise the new drive, but will not ask you to format/mount.
step 6: click start>rightclick "my computer" and go to manage
step 7:in computer management click "disk management" on the left side towards the bottom.
step8: your new drive will be named "disk1" right click "disk 1" and select "new volume"

from there its really easy, choose your drive name, choose format and sector size etcetc.

hope this helps any1.
