Adding a line -- Upgrade pricing?

So I have an individual plan right now, but I want to add my girlfriend to my plan. Is she eligible for upgrade pricing if I add her and change to a family plan? Also, am I going to be required to sign a new 2-year contract if this happens?

Adding someone to your account will qualify them for them subsidized pricing and you will have to sign a new contract.

Yes and yes, adding a new line is consider being a new customer and in order to get the discounted price you need to agreed to the 2 year contract.
