I have gone to system preference, then printers & fax, then clicked on my wireless printer (HPJ6400). The "add" isn't available, so what do I do now?
eawmp1 macrumors 601 Feb 19, 2008 4,159 91 FL Oct 12, 2009 #3 If the icon shows up in Printing and Faxing pane, the printer driver is installed. DOuble click and the printer queue window will open. Click in Setup icon at the top and test connection.
