Adding a song to a playlist on the iPhone?

iPhone 4 iOS 6.1

I was wondering if there is a way to add a song to a current playlist? I know there is a way to delete, but I don't know how to add one.

Press the edit button when in the playlist then use the bottom icons to navigate to your song. Press the + to add it to the playlist. When finished navigate back to the playlist and press done

it's a smart playlist (recently added) it doesn't have a +

You cant with smart playlists, the whole point of smart playlists is that you set criteria and it automatically updates with songs that match your criteria
