adding a source

I finally got wireless internet at home and so I can use installer now (yay?)
I can install apps fine, but I don't have any sources other than AppTapp. When I try adding a source, I always get the "Refresh Failed Could not refresh sources" problem

My phone came with the latest installer so I wouldn't have any idea how. (I have 1.1.4 by the way)

I appreciate any help
