adding a text slide to imovie movie

hi i am making a movie for a school project due tomorow.. i need to put some statistics and info into it, along with the pics and viseos, render it and burn it...

my problem is, being a first time imovie maker, how do i put my test n, that doesn't scroll, just a blob of text is all i want

a;so, how do i prevent that zooming in feature that happens to all pictures?
