adding a user to Mac

Maybe a very silly question. But give me some rope ...

If I add someone as a user to my Mac, they will add a user account, I can see that in the process, apple ID Is not required.
But if they log in to stuff on their Apple ID, the device won't show up on their apple account? I mean like in my case, I have my phone and laptop associated with my Apple ID, and it shows serial numbers.

Basically, I don't want this device show up like that one someone else's Apple ID?

No it won’t, it’s registered to you using your Apple ID when you first set up the mac. Any additional users are just that additional users 😀

Your questions aren't silly. They are logical user based questions which I would want to know as a new user to Mac.
