I just want to check something before I buy. I want to add a third display to my DP1ghz QuickSilver, I am currently using the GF4MX that is standard to this model with two screens hooked up, and before I buy this extra video card (a VooDoo 5500 PCI) I just want to make sure I will have no problems running it along side my current GF4MX running OS 10.2.2.

Thanks!

One thing I just thought of! Would QE work on this video card on my third screen?

No. I don't think any Voodoo cards are supported in Mac OS X.
I agree. People on my unsupported Mac OS X e-mail list have confirmed that it doen't work in X at all.

QE can only work on 2 PCI Radeons (with a hack of course): the 7000 or the original mac edition. The best PCI cards are made by ATI. I would go with either a Rage or a Radeon.

DAMMIT! Oh well, guess I'll just have to wait until I can find a cheap ATI 7000, this VooDoo was only going to be £45 :(

Thanks for the help guys :)
