Adding additional dictionary to Mac Pages

Hi, at the moment I only have the American dictionary installed.

Does anybody know how to go about adding a new (U.K.) dictionary and where to get it from?

I have gone to the 'Spellings..' menu but the bit which is meant to alter the dictionarys is not there!

Any help would be appreciated!
