iOS Adding Advertisement Banners to your app

Hello,

I finally have been contacted by advertisers who would like to advertise in my app ;-).

I told them I would place a 320px x 40px space for them to display banners.

One of the advertiser would like to change the banner every week, and I don't want to release a new version of the app every time the guy wants to change the banner.

I created a 320px by 40px space in my app and I would like the banners to be downloaded in the backgrounds, say once a week, and then rotate randomly every 20-30secs.

I am currently debating for the best approach of implementing such a feature. Any ideas?
