I've been running Parallels (Vista Ultimate) on my MBP 2.2/4/10.5.3 for awhile, and it runs fine. I am thinking of adding BootCamp in order to run a RC Flight Simulator (RealFlight G4 - it doesn't run very well in Parallels and the G4 forum says BootCamp is good). Can I use the Vista already installed in Parallels or do I have to install the Vista in BootCamp separately? Any suggestions?

The Parallels-created Windows virtual machine can only be used by Parallels.

So you'd need to delete your Parallel's VM, install Windows via BootCamp, and then point Parallels to your new BootCamp installation to use.
