Wow just added my new Barclay's to Wallet, and i barely had the camera closing in at an angle and everything, but it still got all the numbers perfect! Heck on XS Max, I could have it in the box, and it would still fail.

That had absolutely nothing to do with the new iPhone or its camera. Software improvements streamlined the process of adding cards to wallet with a camera.

Have to agree. Software improvements. XS Max. Added 10 cards without issue. Previously it was a chore.

Software or not, it's still nice. I had a similarly easy time setting up some homekit devices that needed to be scanned. It was a lot faster than it used to be.
