Adding certian play lists and songs to iPhone

I have an iPhone syncing with exchange from my work server in the office. Prior to having an Iphone I was syncing my Ipod Toouch with my home computer.

If I wanted to add certian songs and certian play lists to my iPhone how would I do that?

Could I still continue to sync my Ipod with the same computerafter I synced it with the iPhone?
