adding chapters to eyetv content before burning with toast

Hi

Does anyone know if it is possible to add DVD chapters to MPEG2 content from EYETV when burning to DVD with toast titanium 7? Am not looking to put them in specific places, just every 10mins or so to make navigating through a film easier.
