Resolved Adding Chapters to .MP4 Video

So I just downloaded a Paramore concert (#FBR15 for those who were wondering), and it's just over an hour long. I would love to add chapters so I can see when each song starts and stuff. Does anyone know of a FREE program that I can use that will do this for me? Also, can I do this on iMovie '11? I don't want any watermarks or anything. Thanks.

I downloaded that, and you can't customize when you put chapters. It's only 1, 2, 5 10, 20 minutes etc with the "Insert a Chapter every..." option. :/
